. THE HIGHLIGHTS .

Jon Jones Excited For the Return of the 12-6 Elbow

Jon Jones is excited to fight under the new MMA Unified Rules in New York because they'll allow him to use the 12-6 elbow against Stipe Miocic. Jones has a love-hate relationship with the once-banned technique, which caused his only professional loss. Now that the move is back, he's been training it extensively and is looking forward to being "one of the first UFC athletes to legally display it at Madison Square Garden."

Jorge Masvidal Names Opponent for 2025 Comeback

Jorge Masvidal retired from UFC in April 2023 after suffering his fourth consecutive defeat, deciding to try his hand at boxing. He's now looking to make a return to the octagon to settle a beef with Leon Edwards. Gamebread told GIVEMESPORT, "We're betting 100% on me. Leon is scared of me, man. He's never wanted this. Here I am, calling out his name. You ain't got a fight. I ain't got a fight. What's up, mother-f*****?!"

Dana White Says He Has No Political Aspirations

After making an appearance alongside Trump on election evening, many have asked whether Dana plans to have a role in the forthcoming administration. White was quick to downplay his role, saying, "Donald Trump is one of my very good friends. He did a great job in his last term as President and I know he will do an even better job the next four years. I have no personal political aspirations."

Jon Jones Calling for BMF Belt for Showdown With Alex Pereira

After Jon Jones takes on Stipe Miocic at UFC 309, it's unclear if he'll fight again, and if he does, who his opponent will be. Most fans are eagerly awaiting a Jones vs. Pereira superfight, and Jones has tabled the idea of a new BMF belt for the two double-weight-class belt holders to fight for.  Our vote is no thanks.

. THE HEAT .

Bo Nickal Will End Khamzat Chimaev With His Wrestling

Bo Nickal is incredibly confident in his ability to dominate Chimaev, saying"We're going to wrestle in a match, it's a joke. Like, it'll end in sub 60 seconds. I'll kill that guy." He does have the smarts to acknowledge that MMA is a different game, but he's sure his skills translate well. And let's face it, it's easier to ground 'n pound if you can get them on the ground...

Colby Covington Fires Back After Shavkat Rakhmonov's Callout

Covington sent a loud and clear response to Rakhmonov's accusations of posturing:

"Someone just showed me Rubenstein’s tweet for that big dummy s*** rat. Listen up, junior, translate this to whatever caveman dialect you need to, and get it through your big empty skull attached to that gumby-a** body. I don’t posture and I don’t bluff." He added, "I’m calling Hunter and Dana and we can all see who is posturing for clicks, bozo!”

That's a lot of words to say you want another title shot.
