Max Holloway Is Done With the 145 Division

Max Holloway has confirmed that he's done with the 145 lb division after being knocked out for the first time. In a video on his YouTube channel, he says, "This cut was easy. Shout out to my wife, she made this cut easy. It takes a toll cutting weight, period. Whatever weight you are. Like I said, I had to give up ramen to make 145. I’m done with that. I don’t ever want to give up ramen again. 155, here we come. 155 is where I’m going to stay." When you put it like that, going to 155 does make sense!

Strickland's edgy chat hasn't gone down well with Song Yadong, who responded to Strickland's recent interview with Helen Yee Sports by saying, “Since he’s talking his way, he’s no different than toxic fans."

Yadong likened Strickland's remarks to discrimination towards the Chinese and pointed out that as far as he's aware, Strickland hasn't even been to China before. Check out the full interview to see why he's not fighting in Macau and an update on his talks with the UFC about fighting Nurmagomedov on UFC 311.

Magomed Ankalaev - Alex Pereira Is a Good Loser

Magomed Ankalaev has taken trash talk to the next level, making a video compilation of Alex Pereira's past losses, captioned “[Alex] lost 10 times when I beat him. This is gonna be something very normal for him… he knows how to give up."

Some call it a nice burn. We think it's a good way to show Pereira's living rent-free in his head.

. THE BONUS .

Just a reminder that a simple calf kick can win a fight. Enjoy!
